Practiced!!

Feb.28th

Practiced for 24minutes. Practiced scales for 5minutes, and practiced band musics. Practiced 'Pirates of Carribean' the most because I haven't before. But it wasn't that hard because the melody is very easy. Except fot the 'cave'(?)part. I think they just made it up. Also practiced 'Rumble on Highland' it's hard to get right notes and right tempo at the same time when it's fast.

I forgot how to do high notes such as high A, high Bb and such so I looked up. I think I should practice more to get better sound

Feb.20th

Practiced for 33minutes today. I spent 3minutes working on cromatic scales. First one was piece of cake but the second one was little bit confusing. When I'm going up from F# to G, I always do Ab instead of G. Since it hasn't been long that I started to play band music, I worked on all of our band music for other 30 minutes. I was having troubles with middle part of "Light eternal" I couldn't remember the melody so I tried to match it with the rythm, but it didn't work. So I practiced whole "2nd suite", and "Rosymedre" 2nd flute is harder than the 1st flute. I think it's because I'm more used to first one. I think it'll get better if I practice more.I practiced "Rumble on Highland" and the fingerings got me. The tempo is fast and fingerings are complicated. I think I should work on it.
